You're almost setup!
All of your weight, nutrition, step count and sleep duration data can now be viewed in your "Nutrition Tracking" sheet.
This is only sheet you will need to look at going forward and will import all the data sources you set up in the previous steps.

These final steps are not compulsory and are to help you edit your graphs to make them easier to read.
​
Your weight trend graph may take up to a week to show up (if you set your start date as late in the week) or a few days (if you set your start date earlier in the week)
​
Bookmark this page to come back to when the weight graph shows data, as this is needed for the steps below
The following steps are for people who are using normal scales to track their weight

Go to your Nutrition Tracking spreadsheet and click on the "Dashboard" tab

Click on the first large graph with "Daily, Body Weight"

Click on the three dots in the top right hand corner of the graph and press edit graph

Click the "Customise" tab, scroll down and click on "Vertical axis"

Under "min" type a number around 10kg under your current body weight

Under "max" type a number around 10kg over your current body weight

Click the "x" in the corner of your chart editor to go back to your dashboard.

The following steps are for people who are using body analysis scales to track their
weight, fat and muscle mass

Go to your Nutrition Tracking spreadsheet and click on the "Dashboard" tab

Click on the first large graph with "Daily, Body Weight"

Click on the three dots in the top right hand corner of the graph and press edit graph

Click the "Customise" tab, scroll down and click on "Series"

Click the box labeled "Apply to all series"

Select "BF (kg)" from the list
-
Under "Axis" click on left axis and change it to right axis

Do the same for "Muscle mass (kg)"

Scroll down and click on "Vertical axis"

Under "min" type a number around 10kg under your current body weight

Under "max" type a number around 10kg over your current body weight

Scroll down and click on "Right vertical axis"

Under "min" type a number around 10kg under your current smallest data point

Under "max" type a number around 10kg over your current largest data point

Click the "x" in the corner of your chart editor to go back to your dashboard
