Sleep Tracking using IOS device and Apple Health
- Best for people with iPhones running IOS 13 and want to use iPhone / Apple watch / Apple Health
to track their sleep -

After waking up last nights sleep duration is automatically logged and tracked in a Google sheet

Google Fit + Sleep as Android
- Best for those with Android phones who want sleep data to be automatically logged -

Each day your sleep duration from the previous night is automatically tracked in a Google sheet
