STEP 1
Set up Google Drive folders
Please check your email for the link to the Google sheet. If you have not recieved this please click on "Download Nutrition Tracking" above and re-enter your email.
If you are having trouble following the steps below there is a video bottom of the page demonstrating setting up your Google drive folders.

Requirements:

A google account you will use for the entire setup

A laptop/computer to complete this step with
-
Click on link in email and then click into the folder named "rawdata"

Select all of the files in "rawdata" by pressing Ctrl A or by dragging the mouse over the files highlighting them

Right-click on the highlighted files and select "Make a copy"

Once this is completed your copies of these files can be found in "My Drive"

Click on "My Drive" and select 'New' -> 'Folder' and name this folder "rawdata"

Within "My drive" find one of the copied files, right-click on it and select "rename"

remove the prefix. "copy of " at the beginning of the file name (copy of weight_rawdata becomes weight_rawdata)

Drag/Move this file into the folder you created named "rawdata"

Repeat steps 6-8 until all of the copied files have been moved into "rawdata"

Click on "Shared with me" under the "My drive" tab

Find the folder "Nutrition Tracking Template" again and click into it

Right-click on the file named "Nutrition tracking" and select "make a copy"

Return to "My drive", locate "copy of Nutrition tracking" and rename the file removing the prefix. "copy of "

Select create a new folder and name it "Nutrition Tracking"

Drag/Move your folder "Rawdata" into the "Nutrition Tracking" folder

Drag/Move the file "Nutrition Tracking" into your "Nutrition tracking" folder.

Your folders should now be setup as follows...
My Drive
Nutrition Tracking (Folder)
Nutrition Tracking
rawdata (Folder)
myfitnesspal_rawdata
weight_rawdata
steps_rawdata
sleep_rawdata

Open your "Nutrition Tracking" spreadsheet and save it as a bookmark on your browser

Click File -> Spreadsheet Settings and make sure your country and timezone are correct

Select the "Settings" tab at the bottom of the sheet.

Complete only the questions under the "Basic Settings" heading

Go back to your Google Drive and open each of the files in the "rawdata" folder
-
Click File -> Spreadsheet Settings and make sure your country and timezone are correct

Please note blue cells in the settings page should not be edited, only type in the boxes provided​
