Free Nutrition Tracking Spreadsheet

created by Quinn Higgs

About the Nutrition Tracker:

"Who is this for?"

...anyone who is looking to track their nutrition with the aim to gain/cut weight or undergo body recomposition.

"How does it work?"

...This Google sheet pulls data from myfitnesspal, your daily body weight, sleep duration and total step count all into one place. This eliminates the need to constantly switch between different services to see all these metrics.

Once setup it enables you to analyse and better understand trends that directly relate to your nutrition and performance goals.

I created this as a resource to try and help people who are interested in optimising both their diet and fatigue management.

There is no cost to use the nutrition tracker and all data stays in your ownership and cannot be shared or used by any third-parties.

If you find this a helpful resource please share it with anyone you think might benefit from using it. Any and all feedback or suggestions for possible future additions would be really appreciated.

Good luck,

Quinn
