
Use Apple Bedtime to track sleep

Go to the clock app on your iPhone

Click on the bedtime icon on the bottom row

Click on Bedtime/Wake up

Turn Bedtime schedule on

Drag the sleep icon (zzz) to the time you would like to go to sleep each night

Drag the bell icon to the time you would like to wake up each morning

Go to your settings -> Health -> Data access & devices

Click on the Clock and make sure Sleep analysis is switched on

Open your Apple Health app

Click the browse icon on the bottom row

In the search bar type "Sleep Analysis"

Click on "Sleep Analysis" scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Data sources and access:

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and make sure clock is at the top of the list

If Clock is not at the top of the "Data sources:" list press the edit button in the top right corner and drag clock to the top of that list

You have now finished setting up your sleep tracking!
Once a day after waking up in the morning click on the Log Sleep app on your home screen and it will automatically send last nights sleep duration to the Nutrition Tracking spreadsheet.
